What You Agree To

By using Hasht, you enter into several agreements that protect both you and us:

• 1. Terms of Service: The legal contract governing your use of our platform.
• 2. Privacy Policy: How we collect, use, and protect your data.
• 3. Value Exchange Agreement: What you give (data, fees) and what you get (proof, protection).

Your Responsibilities

• Only upload content you have the right to claim
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Maintain backups of your original files (we only store hashes)
• Report any unauthorized access to your account
• Pay subscription fees on time if applicable

Our Responsibilities

• Accurately generate and store cryptographic proofs
• Send email backups to your registered email(s)
• Protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Maintain audit logs for evidence purposes
• Provide access to your proofs when requested

Pilot/Demo Users

If you're a pilot or demo user, you've agreed to additional terms:

• Non-disclosure of system details and proprietary methods
• No copying, duplication, or reverse engineering
• No derivative works based on our system
• Acknowledgment that all activity is monitored and logged
• Your unique Crest ID proves when you were first exposed to our IP
